Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Non‑Defective Products (General Returns)

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened packages cannot be returned or refunded.

  • “Opened” includes any product where the seal, wrapping, or packaging has been broken.
  • The only exception is when the product arrived damaged, leaking, or messed up inside the packaging.

1.2 Defective or Unsafe Products

You may return a product if it is defective, unsafe, or of poor quality. A product is considered defective if it:

  • Arrives damaged or spilled during transit,
  • Is contaminated or unusable, or
  • Does not meet reasonable quality standards.

If the outer packaging is torn but the product itself is intact, this does not qualify as a defect and will not be accepted for return.


2. Return Window

  • 14 days for general (non‑defective) returns.
  • Up to 6 months for defective products.

3. Restocking Fee

A 5% restocking fee applies to all accepted general (non‑defective) returns.
This fee does not apply to defective products.


4. Return Shipping Costs

4.1 When the Customer Pays

You are responsible for return shipping costs if:

  • You are returning a non‑defective product, or
  • You wish to exchange or return the item for personal reasons within the 14‑day window.

4.2 When We Pay

We cover return shipping when the product:

  • Is defective, faulty, or unsafe,
  • Was incorrect or materially different from what you ordered.

5. Conditions for a Valid Return

To ensure your return is processed smoothly:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, unless they arrived defective.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • All returns must be logged through our official return request process.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees (where applicable) are non‑refundable.

7. Non‑Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned (unless defective on arrival):

  • Opened cosmetic items,
  • Used soaps or beauty products,
  • Products damaged due to customer handling.

8. Cooling‑Off Period (Direct Marketing Only)

If you purchased a product as a result of direct marketing, you may cancel and return the goods within 5 business days. In this case, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
